All sales are final and no refund will be issued. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.




All blankets on this website ship parcel post USPS 5-7 business days turn around time! We ship priority for an additional charge. When we have shipped your item you will get a tracking number. Once we have shipped your blanket it is in the hands of USPS. If your item is lost, damaged, or stolen you must go through USPS.




We know you will love your blanket as much as we love making them!  If there is a problem with your blanket within 14 days of receiving it, such as defects to the blanket, we will replace the blanket with a similar one, or let you choose a different blanket with the return of the old one. You will be responsible for return shipping, however we will cover the shipping on the new item.
